About

Carson Broom is a filmmaker from West Virginia. His personal style is defined by honest, intimate, and absurd stories that explore family dynamics and coming-of-age themes.

After a decade of creating shorts, documentaries, and commercial work, Sarah’s Mess, an official selection of the MTN Craft Film Festival, marked the end of his exploratory filmmaking period and the beginning of a more personal, intentional voice.

His current project, Screaming at the Cows, continues this shift as a queer coming-of-age drama centered on friendship and unspoken feelings.
